The numbers, the registration details and the people behind Final Gear Auto.

I started this company in a rented corner of a Kobe dismantling yard in 2009, with one mechanic and a fax machine.
That van taught me the whole business. A used vehicle leaving Japan is not a commodity — it is somebody's means of earning.
So we built the company backwards from that. Verification before purchase, not after. Written condition notes that include what is wrong. A single quoted figure that does not grow between the invoice and the port. None of it is clever. It is simply harder work than the alternative.
We are a mid-sized exporter and we intend to stay one. Growth that outpaces our ability to inspect a vehicle properly is growth we do not want. If that means turning down volume, we turn it down.
Condition notes list the rust, the noise and the mismatched panel. A buyer who knows exactly what is arriving is a buyer who comes back.
The number we quote is the number you pay. No storage charges appearing in week three, no handling fee discovered at the gate.
Anyone can reply when a shipment goes well. We staff for the days a vessel is delayed or a document is wrong, because that is when a reply matters.
